Concerns the censoring of his play The shewing-up of Blanco Posnet. Points out that Lord Sandhurst, the Lord Chamberlain whom the Nation had apparently criticized for banning the play, had in fact lifted the ban; comments on the character of Sandhurst's predecessor, who had imposed it. With autograph corrections in ink.
